Jan has worked with young families for decades. She developed HUG Your Baby, an international program to help parents understand their baby and to prevent and solve problems with breastfeeding, sleeping and crying. She was honored as the NC Maternal-Child Health Nurse of the Year and the American Nurses Association’s Innovative Nurse of the Year. See CV here.
